Based on Sylvia Plath’s poem “A Mad Girl’s Love Song” the repertoire of Mad Girl, formed by the two Singers Franziska Bruecker and Corinne Huber together with Drummer Lander Gyselinck, is inspired by the cyclothymic feelings evoked by this work. Making the transition from words to music, Mad Girl uses elements reaching from singer/songwriting, jazz and electronica to conceptual improvisation.
